As a System Administrator, you have the ability to Add, Edit and Delete fellow Administrators. Administrators can Add, Edit and Delete Employees that has access to the Messaging System. Administrators also has the sole ability to add individuals to the Phone Book. Messages can only be sent to individuals that are contained in a Phone Book. This is done to protect you and your company from the potential misuse by staff members.
