Multimedia Solutions’s latest technology for reporting has provided a sophisticated reporting interface to enhance data integrity. It keeps an audit trail of your entire MMS and SMS history as well as a complete audit trail of all credits used by both administrators and employees. Reports can be generated using the following criteria:
- Messages Containing specific text
- Recipient
- Message Status
- Message Sent By
- Message Send Between (Date) and (Date)
- Delivery Date
The Reporting tool developed by Multimedia Solutions allows you to track your own campaigns as effectively as possible. After sending a campaign, you can view how many messages were retrieved successfully, how many messages were rejected, and how many MMS’s were undelivered.
